Called out to replace a toilet. Upon arrival, we gave the customer pricing. After approval, we measured the rough-in, ran and grabbed the toilet, came back, turned the shutoff valve off, pulled the old toilet out, installed a new toilet, hooked the flex line back up, checked and reinstated water, checked for leaks.
