The washing machine leak required specialized repair outside our scope, so we referred the customer to an appliance technician. The master shower leak stemmed from a faulty cartridge in an Amazon brand fixture. The customer will purchase a replacement cartridge and schedule installation for the following week.

Called out for two leaks on the property. Upon arrival, we took a look at the first leak coming from the washing machine. We determined that it was coming from inside the washing machine. We do not repair washing machines. We recommended the customer call a repair or maintenance person out for that.
The second leak was in the master shower. We determined that it was a faulty cartridge causing the leak. The customer is going to purchase a new cartridge and schedule us to come back out to install it. Pictures attached.
