Called out for a leaking shower handle. Upon arrival, we did some investigation and decided that the shower cartridge needed to be replaced. The customer was one step ahead and already ordered one. It was the exact right match for the current shower cartridge. We gave pricing. After approval, we pulled out the old shower cartridge, installed the new one, reinstated water, checked for proper operation and that there were no leaks. Pictures attached.
