A residential customer experienced low water pressure throughout their home. Our technician diagnosed a faulty pressure regulator valve using pressure testing. We removed the defective PRV and installed a new pressure regulator valve along with a new house valve. After backfilling and restoring water service, we verified all work functioned properly.

Called out for low pressure on the system. Upon arrival, we first took a look at the existing pressure relief valve. While looking at it, we discovered that it was a faulty pressure relief valve by doing a pressure test. After the customer gave approval, we removed and replaced the old pressure relief valve with a new pressure relief valve and a new house valve. We then backfilled, reinstated water, checked all work for proper operation, pictures attached.
