Called out for a stopped drain on the second-story sink. Upon arrival, we discovered it was the air conditioning condensate line backing up. After approval, we used the chain auger to fully clean the diameter of the pipe. Reinserted water and checked for proper drainage.
While on site, the customer also had questions about his pressure. Upon investigating, we determined that the existing pressure relief valve and house valve were rotted and not working properly. We gave him a bid for replacement, which he approved.
We started by shutting off the water and digging an access hole to get to the pressure relief valve. We cut out the old pressure relief valve and replaced it with the new one-inch pressure relief valve as well as the new valve. We reinserted water and checked that everything worked for proper operation.
