Work Performed:
Called out for two outside frost proof and check two toilets. Upon arrival we first took a look at the hallway bathroom. We found the tank wasn’t filling up properly due to faulty fill value and flapper. We then checked the master bathroom for a stoppage. Upon further inspection we determined there was most likely a foreign object causing consistent stoppages inside the toilet. We then went outside to check the frost proofs. after assessing everything we gave the customer multiple options. The customer decided to go ahead and repair one outside faucet and replace the other as well as a new toilet for the master bathroom and partial repair for the hallway toilet. During the toilet replacement in the master bathroom we found the flange was severely broken. We informed the customer and gave a price for the repair. Upon approval we carefully removed the old flange and installed a new one. We made sure to anchor the flange to the floor to ensure it wouldn’t happen again in the future.
