The toilet in the 3rd floor ladies room handicap stall at the Texas Centre building is not flushing properly.
The owner reports it takes a few flushes each time to completely flush.
Work Performed:
Called out for toilet not flushing properly. Upon arrival looked at the toilet issue, we rebuilt the toilet flush valve to fix the issue. We reinstated water upon completion and verified proper flush. Lisa also asked us to address the second floor men's lavatory that was not draining properly. We snaked the drain from the pop up assembly and verified proper operation upon completion. Pictures attached below.
