Replace two tankless units on the exterior
Includes interior recirculating for the unit feeding the kitchen
Additional cost if we need to replace the stops at the kitchen for the recirculating loop to be installed.
Propane units
Remove old units and existing freshwater connections
Mount new tankless unit to enclosure
Install new freshwater hookups
Install isolation valve kit
Install replacement door for system sizing requirements
Tankless Unit Details: 199,000 BTU LP liquid propane units 1unit will be equipped with an internal circ pump for instant hot water capability
Work Performed:
Came out and removed old tankless systems and installed the new ones. Reinstated water and verified all work for proper operation upon completion. Pictures attached.
