Called out for a sewer smell in the downstairs guest bathroom. Upon arrival, we gave an estimate for a smoke test. After approval, we went outside, hooked up the smoke test to the cleanouts, performed the test, and determined the smoke was coming out of the toilet. We then pulled the toilet to reset it, but found a broken flange under it. Gave the customer a bid to come out and jackhammer and repair that broken flange, which we will be doing next week on Monday. Pictures attached.
