We were called out for a broken knob on a tankless water heater. Upon arrival, we inspected the heater and determined it was the hot side isolation valve. While discussing next steps with the customer, the customer expressed interest in flushing the tankless heater as well. After approval for both the rebuild and flush, we removed the old hot and cold side isolation valves and threaded on new hot and cold valves. We then used a chemical descale to flush the tankless heater and checked all connections for proper operation. Pictures attached.
