Came out for a popping noise after running the shower. Upon arrival, we did diagnostics. We determined that the water heater needed to be flushed and that the pressure relief valve was bad. The pressure is too high for the home. We also noticed sediment left over in the bathtub and shower. We discussed filtration with the customer. We will be sending over bids for necessary work.
