Called out for a Navien tankless water heater giving intermittent hot and cold water. Upon arrival, we talked with the customer about what was going on. We went upstairs and did our own diagnostics. We found a couple of issues with the plumbing itself, as well as the unit was full of debris and dirt. We're sending over an estimate to come out next week to fix the plumbing with the roof jack and clean the unit. All pictures attached.
